Commercial
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are
provided by us for Commercial Properties
that are being sold or rented. These include
non dwellings such as shops, offices
,factories and industrial units. The cost of
producing a commercial energy performance
certificate on a property will vary
according to the size and complexity of the
building.
Inspection of buildings will be assessed by
an accredited Commercial Energy Assessor
also known as (NDEA Non-Domestic Energy
Assessor). He will work in a professional
and friendly manner and will arrange an on
site inspection of your property at a time
that suits you.

Residential EPC
The EPC is an assessment summary of your
home's energy efficiency and
environmental impact
rating. It is a mandatory part of a Home
Information Pack.
The efficiency rating is
a measure of the overall energy efficiency
of a home. The
higher the rating the
more efficient the home is and the lower
your fuel bills will be.
The environmental impact
rating is a measure of your home's impact on
the
environment in terms of
carbon emissions. The higher the rating the
less impact it
has on the environment.
The EPC report can help
you save on your fuel bills. The detailed
part of the
report gives your home's
current energy usage and your potential for
saving if the
set of recommendations
in the report are followed. It does the same
for the carbon emissions per annum.
The report also gives
estimated current costs for lighting,
heating and hot water
and potential
savings.
